Ross Strategic
Nacibe Chemor is an internationalist collaborating for 14 years in climate action, with experience in negotiation, innovative financial mechanisms, project design, policymaking, local empowerment, facilitation and monitoring and evaluation. She currently co-leads the Facilitation Team of the CIF's Transformational Change Learning Partnership, working on knowledge dissemination for climate action. With her background at Mexico's National Forestry Commission (CONAFOR), she helped develop community forest enterprises and innovative financing mechanisms. Nacibe's involvement with the Climate Investment Funds demonstrates her expertise in climate finance and transformational change. She holds a master's in development studies from the Institute of Development Studies at the University of Sussex and a bachelor's in international Economic Relations from the Autonomous University of the State of Mexico.
