Description: |
NIAC's Insulation Craft Training Program is a performance-based, task-oriented, apprentice-type training system combining self-study and/or group instruction with on-the-job experience at employer work sites. The program provides 35 learning sections with trainee workbooks and instructor guides for each section. The lessons are supplemented with video "application technique" films. The program is certified by the US Department of Labor as a national model which individual states may incorporate or modify. It is available to both union and open-shop contractors. |
