Year:

Description:

The KELWAY Program is a cooperative labor-management oriented program that extends beyond previous management perceived worker motivation and safety improvement programs. It is a unique and continual process of employee involvement and participation in the execution of construction projects that enhances safe work performance, quality workmanship, employee morale and productivity. Through KELWAY, construction field forces develop positive work habits and pride in their craftsmanship, in their industry, in the project, and in the company that employs them.
